How much are sessions without insurance?
Therapy sessions are available at a discounted rate of $75 for those without insurance, and speech evaluations are $125.
Do you take Medicare, Tricare, or Medicaid?
We are in the process of becoming credentialed with Medicare and Tricare insurance. Contact us to join our Tricare or Medicare waitlist. Please note that we do not accept Medicaid at this time.
Do I need a Doctor's Referral for speech therapy?
Yes, you will need a speech evaluation before starting therapy, and we can take care of that for you. Our team will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your or your child's specific needs, set personalized goals, and create an effective treatment plan.
Do I need a speech/voice evaluation to begin therapy?
Yes, you will need a speech evaluation before starting therapy, and we can take care of that for you. Our team will conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand your or your child's specific needs, set personalized goals, and create an effective treatment plan. For voice clients, a videostroboscopy from an ENT may be necessary before beginning treatment to ensure an appropriate and safe approach to voice therapy.

Briona Daugherty MS. CCC-SLP holds a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, specializing in vocal disorders and voice rehabilitation. Vocalist Specialization: Daugherty brings 15 years of experience as a professional vocalist, performing with Actors' Equity and union houses, as well as on cruise ships and in touring productions worldwide. Having circumnavigated the globe three times, she understands the unique demands on auditioning and working singers. Her approach combines techniques in voice placement, breath control, and optimizing sound with adjustments to monitors and microphones, tailored to support vocalists in achieving consistent, healthy performances.
Vocal Tremors and Paralysis: Daugherty collaborates with your ENT specialist to assess and treat vocal cord dysfunction, addressing vocal tremors and paralysis to improve airflow and facilitate optimal vocal cord movement.
